Is there a more romantic place than the Southern Highlands in winter? As I drove through country roads in this beautiful part of the world I saw the dreamiest fog roll over the countryside. I was ahead of time and so I got out of the car and took a few moments to take in all the beauty around me.
I had an absolutely incredible day with Kate and Dean. We started the day at Sunnybank in Kangaloon where Kate got ready. Dean arrived shortly after for their first look – I was smiling from ear to ear watching these two see each other all dressed up and ready to tie the knot.
One thing I was extremely excited about was the fact that Kate and Dean’s rescue puppers joined us for photos at Sunnybank. Ava and Oscar are such stunning dogs and posed perfectly for me, just have a look at their beautiful portraits below.
The ceremony was held at the beautiful Biota Dining in Bowral. The space is intimate but large enough to accomodate a reasonable number of guests. The vibe was modern romantic with long wooden tables and candle light filling the room.
This was such a relaxed wedding with Kate and Dean having an amazing time celebrating with their loved ones and eating amazing food. The way all weddings should be if you ask me.
Kate and Dean, thank you so much for having me, for being so wonderful to spend the day with and for allowing me creative freedom to create these memories for you. You were absolute legends and I loved every minute we spent together. x
