A Colourful Celebration at Ovolo Woolloomooloo
Carmen and Mitch’s April wedding at Ovolo Woolloomooloo was full of warmth, colour and lots of personality. From the beginning, they told me they were looking for a relaxed, unobtrusive approach and photographs that captured not only the beautiful details, but the people they were celebrating with.
Having met while living overseas before eventually making Sydney their home, their wedding was a reflection of who they are - easy-going, adventurous and full of life. With a dress code of “go all out”, the day embraced bold colours, a sense of fun and a celebration surrounded by their closest family and friends.
Although rain meant their ceremony was moved indoors, it didn’t take away from the feeling of the day. The atmosphere remained joyful and relaxed, with plenty of laughter, connection and moments that felt completely natural.
This day was such a beautiful reminder that the most memorable weddings are not defined by perfect conditions, but by the people and the energy they bring.
