Olivia and Biagio’s winter wedding at Terrara House was one of those days where everything felt relaxed, warm and deeply personal.
I first met Olivia and Biagio when I photographed another wedding they attended, and I was so grateful when they reached out. When Olivia first wrote to me, she shared that they had become engaged the previous August while travelling through Tuscany - a special memory that felt like the perfect beginning to their wedding story.
When I arrived at Terrara House on the morning of the wedding, I was greeted by Winnie, their much-loved dog, who came running out to say hello. Both Olivia and Biagio got ready at Terrara House before their ceremony beneath the beautiful old tree on the property. Afterwards, guests gathered in the gardens for canapés before the evening continued with a candlelit reception under the marquee.
What stood out most about this wedding was how relaxed and playful everyone was. Olivia and Biagio, along with their wedding party, never seemed to take themselves too seriously, there was so much laughter and genuine connection throughout the day.
But the moments I remember most are the ones involving their families. Watching their parents and grandparents during the day, and hearing the emotion in the speeches, it was clear how loved Olivia and Biagio are. Those quiet moments of pride, happiness and connection are often the ones that stay with me long after a wedding is over.
