I've always loved observing. People, nature, changing light, little details. This is the eye I bring to every wedding I photograph.
My approach comes from looking at weddings through the eyes of a photographer first - observing what is happening, noticing what others might miss, and making photographs that feel considered without feeling overly directed.
After more than a decade photographing weddings, I know how to anticipate a moment without manufacturing it, and how to make even the ordinary parts of a day worth remembering.
I'm also calm by nature. Weddings can be emotional, joyful and sometimes unpredictable and my role is to bring a steady presence to your day. After 300+ weddings, I instinctively know when to offer guidance and when to step back and let the moments happen.
I approach every wedding as if I were part of it - blending in with your guests and celebrating right alongside you. I’ll be just as excited to see you walk down the aisle, to hear the speeches, and stand in the middle of the dance floor capturing the energy at the end of the night.
Before photography became my full-time career, I spent seven years practising law. In the end the pull towards a creative career was too strong and I left law but looking back now, those years in court rooms and corporate environments taught me to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and take responsibility seriously. These qualities continue to shape the way I work today, allowing you to feel taken care of throughout your wedding journey.
A little more about me
Before I ever picked up a camera, painting was a big part of my life - landscapes, sunsets, the ocean. I am inspired by artists such as Sargent, Degas, Morisot and Turner.
I can happily lose an afternoon wandering through galleries, museums and old cities.
My biggest visual influences are the art of the Impressionists and the Dutch Masters. I also love European cinematography - the framing, the atmosphere, the stillness - and most of all the ability of one single frame to tell an entire story.
The ocean is my favourite place to reset.
I love to explore different countries and their histories. My favourite place so far has been the Amalfi Coast, and especially Villa San Michelle in Capri.
My rescue dog Ollie is my entire world, he’s little but has a huge character!
I'm endlessly fascinated by people's stories, the places they love, and the experiences that have shaped them.

Animals have always been a big part of my life. From the cats I grew up loving, to Ollie, my much-loved little shadow, I’ve always been drawn to the personalities and little moments that make each animal unique.

I love photographing the connection between couples and their animals - the excitement, the chaos, the quiet moments, and all the unexpected memories they bring to the day.
